For the longest time I have dreamt about Make Up For Ever opening a boutique in Australia. Well, my dream is one step closer because Australia has just received its very first Make Up For Ever store-within-a-store. If you have been to the select few Sephora locations, including one of my favourites Sephora at The Venetian in Las Vegas, you will have seen the impressive Make Up For Ever store-within-a-store concept. It is a bold, industrial-esque construction featuring hard metals, traincases and some of the best indoor lighting you could ever apply makeup with. Now you will find this concept in our very own backyard, right here in Sydney, Australia.
A while ago I told you about PM Studio, a cosmetics store in Sydney that has brought Make Up For Ever into the lives of some very grateful Australians. The great thing about PM Studio is they, like me, believe Make Up For Ever deserves to be heard in Australia. We all know MUFE is an amazing brand but very few realise that it is actually available here. Now we have our own MUFE boutique and boy does this mean some amazing things for Australian fans.

been wanting to try the much raved about hd foundation and those aqua creams are in my wishlist! aah, only in sydney, oh wells… brisbane…slow…haha
It has been a long fight to even get MUFE to acknowledge Australia exists but now that they know we are here I hope it will become more popular. The more popular it becomes the more likely they will be to open stores elsewhere.
Definitely contact PM Studio because they do offer samples of the foundation so you can try a few wears of a colour before buying a whole bottle. It is a great alternative if you can’t get to Sydney.

That is great to here Tara! Once you get bitten by the MUFE bug it is hard to stay away. What are you using at the moment that you like?
I remember when MUFE was in David Jones. I would have been no older than 10/11 and I was always staring at their pretty rainbow glitters!
It was such a long time ago but I do have very faint memories left of it. It was a shame the importer at the time could not give the brand what it needed to blossom. I think the Australian cosmetic world is in a completely different space since then and it will do so much better. Have you got anything by MUFE?
omg this is amazing thanks so much for posting. I bought a HD foundation while in the US and love it so much that I’ve been dreading the day that it finishes cos I haven’t found a replacement! Now I know I can just get another one from here in Sydney. Thanks sooooo much I’m sure so many people will be stoked about this store! I hope to see MUFE become more widely available in Aus.
