Since Sephora doesn’t ship internationally, like Australia for example, how would international winners be able to use the $100 E-voucher?

That is a great question! The short answer is with a mail forwarding service or to have a friend buy it for you. You see, being an Australian like you, and bloody Sephora doesn’t ship internationally nor does it accept international credit cards, their E-Cards are the only way you and I can shop from them without paying the hugely inflated surcharge that the freight forwarders offer.
By using gift cards, you can place an order like a regular american, and have it sent to a friend to send it to you. If you don’t have a friend to send it on, there are services like My Address US (http://www.myaddressus.com/?gclid=CJDP38bg3asCFU1S4godh2eUQg) that gives you your own shipping address, and when it arrives they send it on to you. When I am in America, before I leave I put as much money on a Sephora gift card as I can afford so that I can still shop there when I am back home.
