Yesturday I heard some breaking news that NP Set, the diffusion line of Napoleon Perdis, has opened it’s first ever stand-alone retail makeup bar. How excitement?!?!

What Is NP Set

The diffusion line from Napoleon Perdis came about as a collaboration with Target in 2008. Designed for stylish girls on the go, NP Set brings together on trend colours with great quality all at an affordable price. The range includes cosmetics, makeup brushes, skincare and bath & body products.

The Makeup Bar

Until now NP Set was only stocked in Target, David Jones, selected pharmacies and selected Napoleon Perdis concept stores. Now they have built their very first retail outlet at the popular Stockland Shopping Centre in Merrylands. The 25 square metre space stocks the full NP Set collection including the brand new skincare and body ranges. They will also offer express services such as lash and makeup applications by the trained NP Set makeup artists.

Essentially it is very similar to the way regular Napoleon Perdis concept stores are run, but the range of products are quite different and the price points are noticeably lower.

What I Say ….

I absolutely love NP Set. Despite my humungous collection of eyeshadows, I keep turning to my NP Set 10 Color Eye Shadow Palette as a handbag staple, and it cost me a measly AU $6.50. The news that NP Set now have their own little home was music to my ears, and now I just hope they pop up like popcorn around Australia.

If you are in the western suburbs of Sydney, I highly suggest you go down and check out the store. It looks very Californian and I truly think you will be blown over by the quality at such a low price. I know it shocks me!
